West Barn is a brand new barn style house built to replicate a barn that once occupied the site, but was too dilapidated to be converted. The result is a unique, light filled home with extraordinary eco credentials, that pays homage to its roots with the industrial architecture, but has been designed as a comfortable, luxurious home. It's perfect for family getaways, with plenty to entertain children, but also a luxury break for friends or couples. Available to book from Friday to Friday during the summer and for minimum 3 night get aways for the rest of the year.

It's eco credentials ensure that West Barn is both comfortable and beautiful to live in. With three bedrooms and three open plan, but separated living spaces, it's the perfect house to come away together and enjoy the space to unwind. The house sleeps six people, with the addition of an infant in a cot. If you have an infant guest with you please let us know by replying to your confirmation email after booking.

Located in the Dart valley, half way between Dartmoor and the South Devon coast it's the ideal location to explore all that South Devon has to offer. It's also minutes from the Dartington Hall Estate and the medieval market town of Totnes.

The house has a private entrance, parking with free electric charging and a garden with far reaching views up the Dart Valley. The double height space has been decorated with a mixture of new, vintage and bespoke pieces that complement the unique industrial style architecture creating a laid back, comfortable, beautiful living environment. West Barn is one of a kind.
